Mental Health Support Worker
Support individuals with mental health needs to maintain wellbeing and stability. You will encourage independence, provide emotional support, and work in line with agreed support plans.
Learning Disabilities Support Worker
Provide tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities, focusing on skill development, independence and meaningful daily activities in a safe and supportive environment.
Autism Support Worker
Support individuals with autism using structured, person-centred approaches. You will help reduce anxiety, promote communication, and support individuals to achieve positive daily outcomes.
Complex Needs Support Worker
Provide specialist support to individuals with complex physical, behavioural or emotional needs. You will work closely with care plans, professionals and families to ensure safe and consistent care.
Supported Living Support Worker
Work with individuals in their own homes to promote independence, daily living skills and choice. Support is delivered in a way that enables people to live as independently as possible.
Community Support Worker
Support individuals to access their local community, attend appointments, and take part in meaningful activities. You will help build confidence, independence and social inclusion.
