At Next Chapter Support Group, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are fully committed to protecting adults and young people from abuse, neglect and harm, and to promoting a safe, respectful and supportive environment for everyone we work with.

We recognise our responsibility to safeguard vulnerable individuals and take this duty seriously at all times.

What Safeguarding Means to Us

All staff at Next Chapter Support Group are required to meet strict safeguarding standards, including:

  • Mandatory safeguarding training for all staff

  • Regular refresher training and updates

  • Ongoing supervision and performance monitoring

  • Clear codes of conduct and professional boundaries

We follow safer recruitment practices to ensure only suitable individuals are employed.

Whistleblowing and Reporting Concerns

We encourage an open and transparent culture where concerns can be raised without fear.

Staff, service users, families and professionals are encouraged to report:

Concerns can be raised directly with us, through our whistleblowing procedures, or with external authorities where appropriate.
